Drive firewood sales growth through CRM management, customer relationship building, and territory development. Commission-based role with unlimited earning potential serving the Flatwoods, KY area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships through Odoo CRM system
• Generate leads and convert prospects to sales
• Process orders and coordinate delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales records
• Follow up on quotes and outstanding orders
• Develop new customer accounts and territory expansion

SPLITTER OPERATOR (Splitter Team Member)

Reports to: Commander
Team Role: Equipment operation and quality control

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate hydraulic log splitter safely and efficiently
• Adjust splitter settings for different wood types and sizes
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues immediately
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Ensure quality standards for split wood output meet customer specifications
• Work as part of 3-person splitter team (Sawyer, Loader, Splitter)
• Cross-train in sawyer and loader operations for operational flexibility
• Stack and organize finished split firewood by grade and size
• Maintain production pace to meet team output goals (4 cords/day for 3-person team)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and heavy equipment operation experience
• Understanding of hydraulic systems preferred
• Attention to detail for quality control standards
• Problem-solving abilities for equipment troubleshooting
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver's license required
• Safety-conscious mindset with zero tolerance policy

Safety Requirements:

• Provide and maintain required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, hearing protection)
• OSHA compliance training within 30 days of hire
• Immediate accident reporting protocol
• No work under influence of drugs/alcohol

Compensation:

• Team-based pallet rate: $8.75/pallet (3-person team)
• Alternative hourly rate: $20/hr if output goals met
• Housing benefit: $500/month value included
• 1099 Independent Contractor status
