Return and Refund Policy

No Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on firewood orders once delivered and accepted. All sales are final after delivery is complete and the customer has accepted the product.

Inspection at Delivery

You have the right to inspect your firewood order at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the quality or quantity of your order, you may refuse delivery at that time for a full refund.

To refuse delivery:

  • Inspect the firewood before accepting
  • Inform the delivery driver immediately if you are not satisfied
  • Do not accept the delivery if there are quality issues

Once you accept the delivery, the sale is final and no returns or refunds will be issued.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in delivering quality firewood. Before accepting delivery, please check that:

  • The quantity matches your order
  • The wood meets the condition specified (seasoned or unseasoned)
  • The wood is of acceptable quality

Delivery Issues

If there are issues with your delivery such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Delivery to wrong location

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before delivery for a full refund. Once delivery has been scheduled or is in progress, cancellations may not be possible.
